Lead-Us 2026
Lead-Us is a 9-month leadership internship designed to cultivate and develop emerging leaders. Similar to how traditional internships offer hands-on experience within a specific academic or professional field. Lead-Us aims to identify and nurture dormant leadership potential in selected students through a carefully curated and rotational course plan.

45-Day Rotational Leadership Cycles
Each team is assigned a leadership domain per 45-day cycle. At the end of each cycle, team rotates across domains, ensuring every scholar experiences all leadership functions by program completion. To ensure transparency and continuous feedback, at the end of each 45-day cycle, the C-Suite will share a personalized progress report via email with the designated Point of Contact (POC) from the scholar’s respective school, along with one of the scholar’s parents. This update will highlight growth areas, achievements, and overall engagement during the cycle.
